Sassy Sidenote: All My Single Ladies

Ya know the fact that Jon and I aren't married yet doesn't really bother me. But I think this picture from a friends wedding this past summer might suggest otherwise:

yes, that is me in the black dress with the white top...no shoes, game time stance, and arms doing my best to block the rest of the single ladies.

Posting will be back to normal next week. Our internet has been wonky at best this week. (I am posting this from work shhh).

oh and sadly I did not catch the bouquet...all of that prep for nothing

HAHAHAHA!!! I love it!!!!

I have pictures of me STRETCHING before my sister's bouquet toss! :-) Hey, a girls gotta do what a girls gotta do. I about knocked out the girl who ended up catching it though. It ticked me off, because she was just some random date of a guy that was there. I wanted to yell, "UM YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW MY SISTER!!" But i didn't. I just got hammered after that.

ohhhh, busted. The truth comes out.

(just kidding, really!) :)

it's the thrill of the moment, that's what it is. At one of my good friend's weddings (before I was even dating my husband), another bridesmaid and I both leapt for the bouquet. We thought it was hilarious and not a big deal, but I saw a picture of that moment later, and holy cow-- we looked like two wild women about ready to get into a knock-down drag-out cat fight. Apparently people were worried that was really going to happen... :)
