As many of you know, Prince William and Kate Middleton have officially announced their engagement. I don't know what has come over me, but I am so excited for them. Downright giddy for these two people I have never met in my life. I mean I was super excited for Brad and Jen many moons ago but something about this being a ROYAL WEDDING is so exciting to me. Like, tiny baby claps underneath your chin while "squeeing", exciting. You see I am a big "royal watcher" so to speak. I was always entranced by Princess Diana and when I was about 12 years old I had this very poster hanging on my wall.
Yes, I thought I could actually be Princess Sarah.
But if I cannot be Prince William's Princess then I will gladly watch Kate take my place. It is all so exciting in the most cliche ways: what will her dress look like? The location? You know all of the regular stuff that makes weddings exciting, except this one is ROYAL.
And how sweet is it that her engagement ring was his mom's? And hello, it is gorgeous!
I think that is the perfect way to incorporate a gemstone into an engagement ring. Yay, beautiful, just beautiful. Don't despair ladies, there is still one more Prince up for grabs!

HAHAHA, that last picture. I'm finding out today that I wasn't the only 12 year old who had a thing for Prince William and thought she'd be princess one day.
I'm kind of sad about this news, I'm not gonna lie. I still had a chance! lol

I wanted to be a princess too....but William never answered my letters through Tiger Beat...damn!
