Oh, The Nerve(s)

A characteristic that I pride myself on is not getting nervous. I don't know what it is but the feeling of nervousness just doesn't occur to me when I am faced with a novel situation.
Do a speech in front of the whole school? Done, no sweat.
Dance in front of a theatre full of people? That's my idea of fun.

So as the wedding approaches (4 days) I am faced with a strange feeling...I'm nervous.
There has only been one other time in which I was nervous and that was when I graduated from college.
I tried to think of what the two have in common and what I came up with was that I'm not really doing anything. Now I know what you are thinking, "uh your getting married, that's something". I realize that the a wedding is a huge deal, but I am used to people watching me actively do something, like dance or speak. So the idea of people watching me walk down the aisle is kinda scary.

Were you nervous when you got married or were you cool as a cucumber?
Any wedding day advice I should know about?

I was not as nervous as I imagined on my wedding day as there was so much to do and so many last minute issues to deal with before the ceremony that I just didn't have time, but as I waited outside the church with my dad I did start getting "stage fright" flutters.

But when you actually start walking down that aisle, you will be so happy to see so many friends and family smiling at you excitedly and of course your husband to be waiting at the top, that all the nerves will just disappear and you'll be filled with a little bubble of happiness.
Best of luck, I hope you have a wonderful day!!!!

I was so nervous the days leading up to our wedding! But that actual day of, I kind of got lost in all the hair and makeup, drinking mimosas with my bridesmaids, and before I knew it, it was time to get married!

Congratulations Sarah!

Your wedding will be beautiful because the love you three have for one another (of course I am including Frankers) is beautiful.

CONGRATULATIONS and enjoy!

aw i can't believe your wedding is so soon. the only advice i can give is to enjoy every little part of it. and if things go wrong, it'll be okay, you're marrying john and you'll be with friends and family and that's what matters the most.

yay your wedding! xo

I can't believe it's here already.
I was pretty cool except for stressing about the Hurricane Irene weather we were having.

I am kind of nervous for my wedding already and it's 3 months away! Ha! I just don't like being the center of attention so that's why I'm nervous I think :)

Can't WAIT to hear more about your big day!!!
