Sassy Sidenote: Slice of Happy

If you have been reading this blog for any stretch of time you might remember that dairy and I are not on friendly terms. I had long believed that my days as an ice cream eater were over...until I picked up the above little beauty at Trader Joe's. It actually tastes like real ice cream! In a pure haze of elation I tucked myself in to bed with my "ice cream", a glass of champagne and my ipad (I've quickly become a fan of gossip girl). Now that my friends is a slice of happy.
